Your registration to the event includes a 5-piece Santa Suit, yours to keep! Plus prizes, entertainment and a day full of fun. All proceeds raised will go to benefit special needs children throughout Southern California.

Our goal for the 2011 Santa Walk
To reach our fundraising goal, we are encouraging each of our Variety Santa Walk participants to raise at least $100 in pledges for their walk. The more sponsors you find to support you, the more lives you will be brightening this Holiday. There will be great prizes for the people with the highest pledges raised! When you register, please take a few moments to click "Yes" on the GET INVOLVED option so you can customize your personal page on this website and send messages to your sponsors and track your pledges. The walk route ("lap") at the Westfield Topanga Mall is approximately a third of a mile. You can ask your sponsors to pledge a flat fee, or per "lap", or per mile (approx three laps to a mile). About the Santa Suits
The five piece Santa suits are "one size fits all". They are a medium weight red felt. We think you will be happy with the quality of the suit. They consist of a jacket, hat, pants, beard and belt. We will provide scissors, ribbon, safety pins, etc. to help you "tailor" your suit the day of the event. You will also be able to pick up your suit ahead of time (we will email you dates and location of pre-pick up opportunities) and you can customize your suit before December 4th.
Variety – the Children’s Charity of Southern California
Founded in 1941, is made up of men and women primarily in the entertainment industry who raise the much-needed funds to provide lifesaving support for disabled, abused, physically-challenged, and underprivileged children in the Southern California community. We are proud that 84 cents of every dollar raised from our major fundraisers goes directly to the children we serve. The proceeds raised from this event will support programs in the areas of Education, Health Care, and Mobility, serving children in need across Southern California.
